I will work with you to find a path between where you are now and where you want to be. I can coach on all areas of life, including health and wellbeing, changing behaviours, relationships and work-life balance.

Walk & Talk
£80 IN PERSON (60 min)
If I’m not working at home, then I am walking the South Downs with my cheerful little dog, outside in nature and enjoying the landscapes and Sussex skies.
If you would prefer to walk and talk, please ask and weather allowing, we can take the coaching outdoors (with or without the dog).
Group Coaching
£20 ONLINE (60 mins)
I am offering a small and confidential alcohol-freedom support group which does not insist on abstinence. It will provide comfort, support, laughter, tools and resources. I want to encourage you to drink less, moving purposefully towards an Alcohol Free life.

Womens Circles
I am also a trained and accredited Circle Facilitator, offering women an opportunity to come together and experience the transformative power of being seen and heard in a non-judgemental and compassionate space. The beauty and power of Circle is in its simplicity. By sharing, caring and connecting, we are able to voice our fears, dreams and desires. It is a place of quiet reflection and learning.
I believe that the simple, yet potent act of telling our stories, helps move us towards a deeper sense of compassion, both for ourselves and others. In the circle we celebrate our messiness and magnificence, knowing that both are part of our shared human experience. These spaces are where transformation can happen.
