I didn't know what to expect from my coaching sessions - not something I had really thought of or explored before, so I entered it with a very open mind.  However, as a coach I found Megan was non-judgemental, caring, trusting and a good listener. I was going through a huge personal transition, and she helped me explore new perspectives; recognise, celebrate and reinforce my achievements; and install and embrace a much-needed confidence boost. I would highly recommend Megan's coaching services and her ability to provide clarity, motivation and self belief.

I just wanted to say “Thank you” for a wonderful retreat day! It was the most perfect way to kick start the year and to spend some gentle reflective time to myself after a hectic Christmas period. This was my first experience of a women’s circle and it kind of blew my mind! The meditation led by Meg was so evocative I could almost feel my heart opening up. With such a wonderful sense of safety created by Meg the sharing part of the circle was a beautiful thing…completely exceeding all expectations.

Before I started my coaching journey with Megan, I was very overwhelmed and struggling to get through the day which resulted in feeling like a failure often combined with losing my sense of self. From the very first session I felt a huge sense of warmth and positivity from Megan, and immediately connected.  During the course of the sessions my confidence grew and with Megan’s guidance I rediscovered my core values and sense of self. By talking through each goal with Megan, we broke them down into manageable tasks and that really helped me gain control and become much more focused. Megan enabled me to begin a conversation, to reflect and plan around my self-care and my personal needs. She assisted me in teasing out my priorities and with reflection, coached me into developing the pathways to achieve these priorities. She did this always with a naturally, kind and guiding hand.  It really was beneficial in enabling me to focus on a better work-life balance while always in a non-judgemental and encouraging manner. The sessions helped me to be more present, and to be aware of what I need, and to prioritise those needs. I feel I am discovering more about me, and my abilities and strengths while still focusing on my values.
